How did you discover and define your story?
The way that I discovered my story was by working in groups of whoever had the same topic as one and from there we made small little ideas based upon the idea of “first day of school” I defined my story deciding to go with a bit of dark humor. If its understandable enough, most people would get it. I tried to keep it short as possible and simple and straight forward rather than putting so much action into it and trying to keep the dialogue simple enough.
Design and main scene
Any challenges to your vector drawing?
My first challenge was mostly even trying to find a story for the topic which took me a bit till I decided to just to do some sorta dark humor. Another challenge that I had was making the scene and trying to figure out how I was gonna do the main scene although it wasn’t much to hard since it was mainly only one scene that I had to do. Later in the animation it’ll be black.
How was the process of animating your character within Adobe Flash? What tools did you use? What did you learn about timelines? How do you feel about your final?
The process of using adobe was quiet hard to use since it was a bit complicated with getting things align, figuring out whether the colors were too much, too less, to plain or just used too many gradients or even on where to use them. I did use the gradient to the ceiling to make it more alive rather than just pop colors.
